Oh Dear,That's the type of review we strive for at Koinz.
Useful App
Mak3798
I do like & use the app. User friendly & has many useful functionalities. However, they need to target big chain stores where customers frequent more. I know it’s not all chains easy to make them want to join…. it’s win-win situation in my opinion. Koinz also could expand to new areas such as laundry services etc… I would give five stars but since the points expire I gave them four stars.
Great app especially on weekends
Muhanned_ba
Koinz is an awesome app with so many discounts on weekends. I used it so many times already. One small problem is the difference in prices between the app and the restaurant itself. I have contacted koinz through email and they told me the prices are added by the restaurant it is not us, i still think they should force them to put the original price because it is scammy.
Week application
Salimander2024
Such a waist of time and effort , I really dont recommend anyone to use it after my bad experience. The app is not linked with stores orders as the mentioned , orders just appear on your app but it doesn't show on the system of the branch you ordered from . So basically what happens is you order thru the app and when you reach the restaurant to pick up the order its not there !!!! Above that every time you buy something you have to register your number to receive points which you will never be able to use !!!!
Developer Response
Dear Salimander2024,I understand your frustration with ordering and discovering your order wasn't submitted upon arrival at the restaurant. Sometimes, this happens due to technical integration issues with the restaurant. Rest assured, we're here to support you at support@koinz.app to resolve these issues. Please provide your phone number and order ID so we can work our magic and show you our special way to apologize.
