BOOK A SERVICE
Tell us what needs attention, describe the fault in your own words, and pick a day
that suits you. You can ask us to come to you, or bring the unit in to the workshop.
Booking does not need an account — you only need to tell us how to reach you.
YOUR APPLIANCES
Every appliance and air-conditioning unit we have installed or serviced for you is
listed here, with its serial number and when it went in. We keep the list, not you:
anything we work on is added automatically. You can start a booking straight from a
unit, so you never have to describe an appliance we already know about.
YOUR REQUESTS
See what is currently open with the workshop, and what is still on file from before.
SIGNING IN
We email you a six-digit code — there is no password to remember. If you would rather
have one, you can set a password and use that instead; an emailed code always works as
a way back in, so forgetting it is never a dead end.
WHAT WE DO
- Appliance repairs: fridges and freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers,
dishwashers, ovens and stoves, coffee machines
- Air-conditioning: repairs, servicing and cleaning, regassing, new installations
- Refrigeration and extractor servicing
Van Biljoens is based in South Africa. If you are not already a customer, you can still
book a service through the app and we will be in touch to confirm a time.

The Van Biljoens app has been rebuilt from the ground up.
Signing in has changed: we now email you a six-digit code instead of asking for a
password. The code lasts ten minutes. If you prefer a password you can still set one —
Account, then Sign-in options — and then you can sign in without waiting for an email.
New in this version:
- Book a repair or an aircon service in a few taps, with a calendar you can actually use
- Every appliance we have installed or serviced for you, with serial numbers and dates
- Start a booking directly from one of your units
- See what is open with the workshop and what is still on file
