Improved login and session flow: Before, some users were unable to log in to the app or were caught in an endless login loop. As a result, we updated the login flow to enable a consistently successful login experience. Ability to share diagnostics and logs to Zipline: Enable sharing diagnostics in the device’s Settings so Zipline can leverage error report information for a jump start on looking into what’s happening. Improved messaging for session timeouts: The app will now flag if a user was logged out based on organization-driven session timeout parameters. So, instead of just the login screen, users will see a message informing them why they were logged out.

iOS share extension On personal iOS mobile devices, Groups and Messenger users can now share individual files, videos, or images from non-Zipline apps (e.g. Files, Photos) into a Group or Messenger conversation. Message comment notifications When selecting a message comment notification, users will be routed to the exact message where the comment was left. Finding communication faster is just a click away! View switcher We squashed a bug that kept select users from switching from Publisher to Field View, now enabling applicable users to seamlessly switch between both views. Opening attachments in the Library Attachments opened in the Library now mirror how attachments open from a Message, creating a more consistent experience across the app. When opening, users can preview attachments in-app or with an external app as needed.
