Online shopping isn’t an easy thing i takes hours of going throughwi was charged 100 riyal fir delivery even thoigh you say free delivery for irders above 500 riyal. My order was 1200 and i paid 100 for delivery. products to make a decision on what you want to buy. And then when you are finally done and have made your decision, you go to checkout only to find several items OUT OF STOCK.. even though it doesn't say so on the page for that product, it says IN STOCK. This really really pisses me off it happens to me every time i online shop from ikea.

Dont purchase anything through this app. My money is stick there for almost a month. I made an order a month back and since i dint get any response on the day of delivery i was informed that the order not yet processed, i asked them to cancel. Its almost a month and i dint receive my money back. Ikea KSA customer care will tell its under process and within a week refund will be credited, for 3-4 week im hearing the same. Believe me u will get trapped if u buy online. No one to take care of ur complaints... And the stocks shown in this app is unreliable for collecting from store. This app can be used just to see price and for help in store.

The prices are in £, which is super helpful in Saudi Arabia (yes, that was sarcasm). You can’t save your address. You can’t submit a customer service request. Further, the 2 customer service requests I *was* able to save early on were deleted and never resolved (this includes *never* getting my points on an SAR 6,800 purchase). This app basically just takes up memory on my phone and makes me angry when I try to use it. This appears to be its chief purpose.
