WATS is a Test Data Management system that is easy to use and implement. Use WATS either on Premise or in the cloud. Sing up for a free trial at wats.com.
The Home dashboard contains a chart showing volume and yield of all reports, and lists of the top 50 yield reports; grouped by process sorted by test volume, grouped by process sorted by lowest first pass yield, grouped by product group sorted by test volume, and grouped by product group sorted by lowest first pass yield, respectively.
In the Reporting section you filter and view reports. You can view and filter test reports and repair reports, view the history of a serial number, or view and filter yield reports.
Further analysis is possible by selecting a yield report. Here you can see the top failed steps and a chart showing measurement trend.
In the Scan section you can scan barcodes and QR codes, which will be entered in the filter in the Reporting section.
In the Alarms and Notifications section you can view triggered rules, and what caused them to trigger.
