Scans most bar codes but minimal options exist for meaning of number/letters displayed following scan. No data base fonnection or correlation weakens benefit of this app.

I understand. I don't have access to a database of amazon products or something similar, those usually cost money but the app is free and intended for a more general porpoise. The app was never advertised as doing what you said.
