Since some have said they can't find it... It's not on your emoji keyboard. Click the app icon (near where you select the camera icon to add a photo) swipe right to left until it appears OR from bottom up to see app options (like music, etc.) It will be shown there.Cute and fun emojis.

For people calling it a scam and those that are generally confused. You go to your sticker drawer in an iMessage (it looks like an 'A' covering an oval) you then click on the corner four oval button on the bottom left and your stickers will pop up- you need to go to the 'store' oval (should be the first button) and turn the switch to 'on' for these stickers. Please don't call things a scam because you don't understand them. It's easy if you know iPhones at all. I love them :)
