Great app, would like a couple of more features to make perfect for me

Great app and product, it helps me keep away unwanted animals on my farm by closing the tray and lets me feed cats without being there. Couple features would make this perfect: 1) Be able to retract tray only after last feeding or one specified time (basically at night) 2) Be able to tell if the feeding bowl is empty 3) Option to turn off sounds (scares the cats)

This app is amazing in how it programs, updates, and allows for instant rewards for my cat. As well I can see where the total remaining food level is. As I travel frequently this is literally a lifesaver. Note to new users, allow a day of two for the app to sync 100% with all of the features.

Hard to connect to device

I find it really hard to connect to the device sometimes, and I’m not able to check the remaining foos or reward my cat during that time. I’m an software engineer, and It feels to me like a connection issue, which requires software fix.
