I travel a lot and often miss holidays and other significant events in the life of those important to me. Your product has allowed me to still let my loved ones know I care and remember those significant days in their lives. Your vast collection of different holidays and moments has never failed me. I go all out in selecting the perfect card and utilizing your card features such as the perfect font, font size, background colors, animation, personal photos, a personal voice message and adding a gift card. Your selection of gift cards is nothing short of exhaustive and vast. There’s a wide enough selection to find a gift card for every unique loved one. I also like that I can send the greeting card, via email or text message. Thank you for creating a product that gives me the opportunity to show my loved ones how much they mean to me even though I can’t always be with them at special times.

So, just like any of the other e-card apps, the cards can only be accessed by clicking on a link in a text message instead of the animated e-card already present in the text message, like if you send/receive a gif in your text messages, which so far is the best option for sending an e-card because at least the receiver is not going to get a text message with a link and the receiver would then see and know that the message is right there; the message and the graphic is already there and you don’t have to click a link to see it. if the gifs in the text message could be customized in a way that’s available in CardSnacks, it would’ve been the best choice. I was kind of hoping that would be the case with CardSnacks. If there’s any link, it should’ve been a link to claim the gift card or get traffic into the site if that was the purpose to direct people to click a link. I would’ve had no problem with subscribing but i preferred if the user interface was already in the text message. Just my 2 cents. It would be far better graphically than a text message that this person sent you a a CardSnacks card and click a link. I was hoping an e-card app that sends a gif e-card, and with a user interface that’s interactive, like a gif e-card that you can flip just like paper and if you open it, you see the customized or template message and music will play if music was inserted in the process of creating the card. And also the ability to attach your music in your playlist/library rather than from just a list provided by CardSnacks. Hopefully this is in the future of CardSnacks and I’d subscribe right away and rate 5 stars.

My experience with card snacks was about as crappy as it gets. I picked a card out for my friends birthday along with a gift card. Placing the order was as smooth as can be. I was expecting to receive a text from my friend about 15 minutes later in response to the cards I had just sent. ( The estimated delivery time for card snacks is about 15 minutes) I didn’t worry because I accounted for the fact that it was the weekend and I actually expected it to take longer. I met up with my friend an hour later again expecting a response from the cards I sent. She had no idea that I sent anything. Now with the surprise ruined, I downloaded the card snacks app to my friends phone to create an account. My belief was that this may somehow speed up the process. 4 hours later the card still hadn’t been sent. So I reached out to customer service through email hoping to get any bit of help I could. I’m not even sure they looked at that email. It was Saturday so I decided to wait until Monday to check back in. To my surprise I had an email waiting for me at 9:16 am asking the details of my order. I gave them my email and the email of my friend along with both of our numbers. I didn’t hear back the entire day. I emailed them again on Tuesday to see what was going on. The customer support agent responded “We are looking into it now”. Then they had the audacity to ask if I still wanted to send the card. I said no thanks and I have as of 2:46 am EST still not heard from them. I guess I get a little closer to a solution each day. Needless to say, I won’t be using this service again.

Many of the functions are only available part of the time. No idea what happens but one time you won’t be able to add Txt another time you won’t be able to choose anything to choose stickers and then another time the calendar and timeline won’t show up for you to choose the date to send. Two of the people I sent cards to in May never received them!!Needs work.This is a follow up to the above. I just finished spending a considerable amount of time putting together a card for my son‘s birthday. When I went to preview it the app suddenly crashed ! I went to my drafts to try to start over but it’s all different now the shape that you can put the photos in is different. I’m sick of it I hate the people who wrote this app because they don’t put the bad reviews where you can see themThis is now many months later. I have sent six different cards, two of which never arrived two of which buffered so badly they would not even open on the persons device. I feel this company is more concerned about their money than they are functionality of their site and enjoyment of other people.
