Your game froze in the middle of a free game win so I had to turn my phone off and back on to in freeze it. Your app said I had a game in progress, only when it resumed it only said I had 75 coin per spin instead of the 150. ( I made a screen shot of it before I turned my phone off). But there was no one to contact. You need someone customers can contact right away. Specially since people play 24/7. I do enjoy playing though.

This game is so full of crap! I emailed support about the fraudulent wheel spin and let them know it’s rigged and that after 20 or so spins I’ve only landed on 100 or 300 coins and asked what I gotta do to land on some big coin amounts and was told “our game upholds the fullest most integrity of random spins and I assure you it is completely random and we have a team that will shut down any part of the games that aren’t working correctly and that I assure you our wheel is random and fair just as the machines in our casinos” What a crock of sh....!!!! Really? 20 spins and literally every spin lands on 100 or 300. You must have to be a chairman card holder for any kind of benefits. Save your time stress and most importantly save your money and don’t bother with this fake rigged app and don’t bother with station casinos period! They don’t keep the lights on by paying out winners and Apple should yank this app from the store! STN lost my biz! I’ll take my money to MGM or Caesers ent. from now on! If you have problems with app there is no technical support. You’re instructed to go to the casino to resolve all issues. And the issue I have been the app on my phone and my laptop. Is you have to link your boarding pass and have a pin to access your account and play. I did not remember my pin. in order to reset the pin you have to go to the casino I’m making plans for my next trip, unsure of where I’m going, and it would’ve been nice to know what my rewards were to make a decision on which gambling town I want to go to. Until this is resolved, all rewards and gameplay are nonexistent. I have no intention of traveling by car for 10 hours or flying to resolve the technical login issue so if station casino wants to be considered in my vacation planning they need to fix this technical issue. The app I can play as a guest outside of that I have no positive rating to give this app.

First of all I can’t even play anything! The game won’t start and crashes immediately with error: “Already Linked” or “Timed Out” error. I tried logging in with Facebook account or the regular email sign in to no avail....on three separate devices! Also, I allowed it to access my files, photos, and contacts which I was reluctant to do, but it wouldn’t let me get past it so I had no choice. This is just a rip off. I was at the Sunset casino when I used their free wi-fi and it offered me to load a video version of gambling online. I only spent the minimum $9.99 for unp-teen coins and thought I was actually going to be playing for real money, but I’m thinking now it was all just FANTASY type coins and just playing slots on my devices for fun. Ugh. I’m going to get my money back from PAYPAL considering all the one-stars and mindless customer support from previous complaints.
