I wish I could give it less than a star. I was already apprehensive about signing up because I simply like to keep things simple and this entity did not give that impression upon first visiting their site. Very unprofessional company. The app is not good. My business partner and I have submitted all documents that we have for our business and they’re acting like we’re asking to get into a secret society. It’s a merchant app for crying out loud. We have a business registration and tax letter. I looked at the laws, nothing left to be provided but YOU want to make it complicated. I said okay, not that deep for us, next case, moving on. In life, I’m not going back and forth begging to understand exactly what imaginary forms you need to verify our account. To top it off, we provided proof of address and proof of our identities and it was rejected. When I asked to just close the account, I made the request directly from my account (also associated with my email address) on their tired app, and they still instructed me to waste more time by emailing them from my email address. Lazy much? Redirect much? I’m too seasoned to be dealing with people who don’t want to work. I bust my chops everyday working and providing quality service so my patience is beyond thin with this entity. Best advise, if you can avoid doing business with them, do so! Avoid! Total waste of time.

I had an account for years in paxum where I collected payments. The account was already verified, but when I requested a withdraw to my bank they ask for proof of address again (which it was already sent) after submitting again they closed my account without even telling me and returned my money to the sender, many of them who were no longer active, I lost several hundred of dollars for using this company. PAXUM: You are just a garbage company. I HATE YOU and I’m not the only one, hope you go out of business.

Right off the bat, the app is being wonky letting me create my account. It won’t let me put the US on my address, and three separate times the iPhone face recognition log in popped up, couldn’t authenticate, then the app closed. Of course the fave reader couldn’t authenticate, I haven’t even set up my account, much less set up face reader. After 3 tries, I gave up and deleted the app.

Once you have money in your paxum account they will refuse to release it to a bank account. Instead they will constantly redirect you to an error message when trying to add a bank that says to use only Latin characters. The fact that I’m writing this in English shows I was using Latin characters. It sure wasn’t Chinese. Stay far away from this fraudulent company
