I shipped lots of stuffs, I mean really a lot, with them. Most of my items were handbags and perfumes which need perfectly packing with bubble wrap and other materials to prevent them from damage. They indeed spent efforts and materials on packing, which others won’t do cuz shipping supplies = $$$$. They make sure that my packages go through customs without any problem because I prepay the tariff already. If you go to usps, your package is very likely to be held in customs and pay a lot more tax than my prepaid amount.

Your people had to open my perfectly packed package and made me declare the value of my item according to your chart instead of the value of my item. You even ask my friend to submit their id to your system to get the item. This is ridiculous. Never going to use your service. Can’t believe I’m saying this but USPS is so much better!
