平台开放服务包括但不限于：整合苏州多家医疗机构的挂号资源，实现统一网上分时段挂号服务；和这些机构内部HIS系统对接，实现在线支付、诊间结算服务；和医疗机构CIS对接，实现患者检查报告推送服务；和医疗机构其他信息系统对接，实现居民个人健康档案浏览服务；和电信运营商对接实现短信服务等等。
未来，通过扩展基础平台核心业务，医生可通过手机APP，微信、网站等，实现基于互联网的、跨机构的医疗协作、会诊、转诊、教学和移动医学助手、促进医生之间的高效沟通和临床工作协作，还可开展和患者的在线交流和医患互动、针对诊前、诊中、诊后患者提供指导和关怀、实现院内、外的患者闭环服务。
此次的 Apple 更新将会改善该 App 的功能。 未包括任何新功能。
