步驟２：以「個人網路銀行及行動御守驗證」或「他行帳戶資料」進行身分驗證
步驟３：上傳或拍攝「國民身分證正/反面」及「第二證件」彩色正本影像，並填寫開戶基本資料
步驟4：送出開戶申請資料
帳戶升級
已有彰化銀行數位帳戶者，可至ｅ財寶線上開戶系統，以自然人憑證進行驗證，並使用此APP進行視訊，快速完成帳戶升級。
