Simons has both Canadian and US sites and you used to be able to toggle between the two on the app but now it seems to be locked to the Canadian site. Even going through the check out does not let you update the shipping country. So annoying.

Great shopping app, some features need improvement

I’m such a Simons fan - love the stores, love the clothes. Twice I’ve reached out to customer service with feedback on the app and was told it would be shared back with app team but nothing was addressed. The filter feature for sizes does not work properly- only the last filter selected applies. For example, if you filter for sizes 10, 40 and L, only L clothes will appear. Makes shopping quite tedious.

No shipping to US customers with app

US customers cannot make purchases and have them shipped to the US within the app. There is no where to switch to US version. I spoke with CS and they couldn’t resolve it. They said to use the website to make orders.
