Baska Voda, in the past a settlement of laborers and fishermen, salesmen and seamen, by the endeavors of the hard-working inhabitants was made into a modern tourist resort with all the contents and trade-marks of a little Mediterranean city. The borough of Baska Voda is made up of another five beautiful locations; three of them at the seaside while the other two are on the Biokovo mountain slopes.
