I gave this five stars because it indeed provides a mongo client that can be used on iPad. I haven’t had any problems using it so far. I think the developers could’ve done a better job with the UI, but again, I’m after the tooling here. It does its job.
Makes my life easier

I’m a solo app developer - being able to access mongo easily and modify records is incredibly helpful.
Launch Issues on iOS 12.0.1
dmccaffery
Great product, but it is no longer launching for me on iOS 12.0.1. I tried doing a fresh install, but it’s still crashing on launch. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!FYI: After the latest update it’s still crashing for me on both iOS 12.0.1 and iOS 12.1 on an iPhone XS. Looks like it may be related to some kind of stack overflow in node_mobile somewhere (by looking at the crash logs).
Developer Response
Hi dmccaffery,First of all, I apologize for the application unavailability due to the crash on a startup. Yesterday we have released the fix for your issue.Have a good day!
I hate this thing
RenderRob
Amazing just how bad the connection management features are on this app. When I clicked delete on a connection, it gives a modal and when I click cancel, nothing happens. I keep trying to create a connection over SSH and it keeps saying, "You must allow invalid certificates or insecure connection to use SSH tunneling", but there's no obvious features for that. Extremely maddening. I hate this app. This developer obviously doesn't even test their work.
Developer Response
Sorry, Rob. You're right about both, and both were my mistakes. The fix is in progress and should be on the App Store in about a week.
Fixed saving an SSH tunnel connection with TLS off: the editor no longer requires "Allow invalid hostnames" or an insecure TLS option when TLS is not enabled.
Fixed Cancel doing nothing on the delete-connection confirmation when opened from the long-press operations menu.
