I give 4 stars my was very nice and the driver was very friendly, the only problem that I was trying to take ride from airport ,was very hard somebody tell me that they are not allowed to take passengers from there I know is not the company problem , thank you anyway

To be honest, I don’t know what to begin. I feel like this app needs to be updated. Like imagine. I’m trying to order something from the food section but the thing is that the UI is buggy and there is a lack of user experience. I feel like UX is bad somehow, and it needs to be reviewed from the design team in the company by the way, I’m Algerian from Algeria I use that app too many times for rides and in the ride section of the apps flawless, but the food section it’s lacking UX improvement and also about the UI like I said buggy, I tried to cancel a choice to choose another thing to order but the arrow to go back is impossible to access the coupon section is unresponsive so I can’t add a coupon to the order so please the YASSIR’s design and UX team do your job and improve your app I’m saying that without being rude, but I think that everyone will agree with me about this …Thank you.

I’m from New York (Algerian) and visiting Algiers; I was trying to get a Yassir ride, so I signed up on the application using my USA phone number because the app accepted it. When I signed up, I tried to enter the payment method I entered my US credit card it said it's not accepted, and it's the only payment method if you use the International phone number, for the locals they have the cash option and it's the only method accepted!?I tried to chat with someone from customer service I had been waiting for an hour even though I was the first in the queue no one answered my question, I tried to call the phone number on the app it doesn't work.So I suggest anyone who will visit Algeria coming from the USA don't waste their time using Yassir or download this app because in my experience it's not possible

The delivery guy called saying he had arrived, but when I stepped outside, he was nowhere to be found. I called again, and he vaguely said he’d “reach out soon.” When he finally showed up, he parked far from my actual location. I asked where he was, and he insisted he was at the spot the app gave him, refused to budge. I had to go searching and eventually found him on a completely different street. To top it off, he didn’t want to give me the correct change. Claimed he didn’t have any, which was clearly a lie. I stood my ground, and surprise, suddenly he did have some change, though still not the full amount. Unreliable, unprofessional, and just plain shady. Never using this app again.
We’ve made performance improvements and fixed pesky bugs to keep your Yassir app running smoothly. Update now and enjoy a better experience!
