I played this game for many years and it will take your money you don’t want to spend and hours of your time every single day and give not much in return. It took me years to realize that this game just keeps you on a constant two week “season” loop. How high you get in two weeks determines how high your bonuses are in the current season and what tier you’ll start in the next season. Then you start from almost zero again and you’re in another “season”. You cannot easily leave a 2 week loop - it is designed for an addictive personality. It keeps and pulls you in and you will spend too much money (that you know instinctively that you shouldn’t be spending) on highly priced coin packages to keep rising to the next tier and level. I bet I deleted and re-uploaded this game 500 times over the years. I truly had to *recover* from the addiction of this game. Sadly I probably would have stayed playing if their coin packages were reasonably priced - but lucky for me - their price for “virtual pixel” coins that give you no real money in return and take up hours of your life that you never get back, are waaaaay too expensive compared to other online casino apps. I enjoy goldfish casino where their prices for coins are cheap and they don’t put you on a constant two week loop. I love this app and the gameplay, however if an issue occurs in your game ex. Frozen coins or earned awards, then you may as well just take it as a loss and don’t even bother contacting support. I made the mistake thinking that their support team would be super helpful and prompt, but that was hopeful wishing. I have submitted at least 4 or 5 support tickets on the same issue I have had for about 2 weeks now, and every time the response is unbearably slow and frustrating with no solution or answer to your problems within their app. They have now just decided to ignore me and any further emails or support tickets that I try to send.
