Take a power nap during a busy day or choose a relaxation program for sleep problems or stress. You can use activation programs to boost your metabolism, increase your alertness, or warm up your muscles. Recovery programs are perfect after sports and for reducing swellings, but also for sleep.
All the programs promote sleep quality and contribute to both physical and mental recovery. The effects are individual, and regular use leads to the best results.
