Only huge issue, I purchased it on my only unlinked iPad account. The only separated Apple ID, thinking it would family share across the devices for our son to use either with mom’s iPad, phone or dads iPad or phone. But they some how manage to lock it up.

My toddler loved playing this game on my (parent’s) iPad but when I tried to put it on her device, the app won’t let me restore my purchase to unlock all the levels. We purchased it when it was a flat price, but now it uses a subscription model. Apple support says I don’t have a purchase associated with the app to file a problem report, likely due to the change in payment terms from one time charge to subscription. Clicking on app support takes you to non existent webpage. I would really appreciate some help with this. If not will likely just have to delete it all together. I’m not paying for a subscription for an app I already paid for… What gives Apple?!

Keeps charging me after I canceled

It keeps trying to charge me even though I have canceled my subscription prior to the “free trial” ending. It won’t let me do anything on my phone until it pays for it. It won’t let me download any apps. I didn’t like the app either as it wasn’t much to it for $42 a month!I want the charge to stop trying. I want to be removed from it entirely! ASAP!
