Where is app support?

The app had worked well until recently when I saw that I had not gotten my rewards. I have tried to straighten out the problem via app support, which was a joke, and the restaurant, which didn’t know what to do. Farm Burger doesn’t have a customer service number and I haven’t gotten any response to email inquiries.

App isn’t too bad to build an order, but checkout needs improvement. If I’m ordering pickup, why is the minimum I can tip 15%? That needs a custom value. Additionally, the app needs to implement Apple Pay so I don’t have to keep entering my card details. I’m not storing my card with whatever backend system they use, and Apple Pay would be the most convenient for me.

I miss yummy meals from Farm Burger. I get it. Its been hard - maybe with all the quarantine debacles. It seems quality in cooking has reduced. Maybe it’s stress and timing? What hasn’t reduced is the quality of personal relations. Employees are kind and clearly care. So, I don’t know why my burger seems drier or fries floppy and not so crispy. I’ll keep ordering. Cause we all have off days and I wouldn’t want someone to write me off because of my off day(s).
