BenefitPay is an app that allows users to pay and transfer funds only by using their smart devices in Bahrain in a fast, secure, and convenient manner. BenefitPay features include:
· Enrolling your payment instruments (Cards & Accounts).
· Transfer funds instantly from one bank account to another using Fawri+ service by either entering IBAN, or a registered mobile number, as well as by scanning QR Code.
· Paying using your mobile in Bahrain through scanning QR code generated by merchants within the app’s merchant network.
· Bill Payment through Fawateer service to hundreds of biller.
· Split Payment and request payment options that allows you to request payment from multiple payer, so it shall allow to split the dinner bill among friends and family.
· Review and track your transactions history.
· Manage your cards and Bank Accounts in the Application
· To pay for fuel at petrol stations using geo-location via Sadeem feature
. Transfer Internationally via Remittence feature through our partners
. Electronic Cheque (e-Cheque) issuance, deposit, and management
To register, download the application and enter a valid mobile number. Upon entry of the verification code that will be sent by SMS you will be enrolled and you can start adding your payment instruments.

The application is wonderful but beed to make it more clear in the payment message, many time I am facing a problem with a customer that they think the payment has been done but it’s says rejected, hopefully you change the alert message by making green background for the approved transaction and red background for the rejected application.. best Regards

I am currently using two different phones from two different countries but with the same number linked to my Benefit Pay account. When I attempted to log in on my second device, the app required me to go through the full registration process again, despite already having an active and verified account.During the process, I was able to scan the front of my ID without any issues. However, scanning the back of the ID became extremely problematic due to persistent background and lighting errors. I spent over 30 minutes attempting to scan it under various lighting conditions and backgrounds, but the app repeatedly failed to accept the image.Although the app offers an option to upload an image of the ID and describe the issue, it still did not proceed with the registration. This was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming.I strongly recommend that the app allow users to directly upload clear photos of their IDs as an alternative to scanning. This would significantly streamline the registration process and improve user experience, particularly for those facing technical issues with the scanning feature.
New Update is not practical

I don’t like the new update, it’s not user friendly and whoever thought using a light grey color must have superman’s vision power , I mean i need to reach for my glasses every time I type the amount. Previous version was much much better.
The new look is amazing but…

The updated interface for the app is definitely better and more practical than before, although the white theme is too bright, and sometimes the app hits my eye like a flash bang as i open it.I suggest that you add a dark mode or bring back the classic theme ( red & white ) for the new interface. Thanks for your hard work.
