传统的物业管理仅是对小区内公共场所、公共设备进行管理和服务的一种模式，主要提供保洁、保安、保修等服务，依赖收取管理费而生存。由于服务不到位、不及时，沟通方面存在诸多问题，形成物业公司与社区居民之间对立的局面。与此同时，不断攀升的物业管理成本与日渐微弱的盈利成为很多物管企业的巨大困扰。无线技术以及移动终端的普及，使得后互联网时代加速来临，人们用新的社交和商业模式开启了全新的生活，直接、高效的连接成为发展的重心；为适应市场经济的需要，物业服务软件应运而生，解决了传统物业管理服务不到位、不及时，沟通存在诸多问题等的缺陷，为居民带来便利的的同时，也为物业公司节省了成本；但是现有的物业服务管理软件存在着不同机型UI无法兼容，跨域无法传输数据，接口少等不足，使得其很难适应市场多样化的需求。
本研发项目社区智慧管理-物业通是一款以优化完善物业公司物业服务为切入点，围绕业主物业服务及生活需求，借助手机APP移动终端载体，从而形成一个集物业服务、信息发布、便民信息查询、邻里交流互动、优惠信息、社区电商购物为一体的高粘性、全方位的社区生活服务媒体平台，实现最精准有效的社区营销，推送最有价值的广告，从而形成持续稳定的广告收益。同时，物业通过提供有偿服务，给有需求的业主提供更高品质的物业服务。这些有偿服务包括快递代收、家电维修、长者服务、在线学习、线下活动、投资理财、装修服务、闲置租售、租房售房、物品托管、汽车洗修等。本研发项目除了功能较为齐全，关键解决了不同机型的UI兼容性问题及跨域无法传输数据等的问题；为业主们提供各类生活、居家服务的一站式服务,有效帮助用户解决与生活息息相关的问题，为社区生活带来便捷的同时，也为整个行业开启了新局面。
