New - When you play a note from the top, it now waits a set number of seconds before scrolling (Wait at start). Set it for each song in the Scroll panel to match the intro. While it waits, a ring draws around the play button, and scrolling starts when the ring closes. Improvements - The 3-2-1 count-in is now part of Wait at start. Songs without their own setting use the default in Settings (10 seconds to start with).

New - On iPad, your list and your chart now sit side by side. Pick a song in My Notes or a playlist and it opens right next to the list. Press play and the list slides away so you can see more of the chart. - When adding notes to a playlist, you can now sort, search and filter by artist, just like in My Notes. Improvements - You can close an ad with the × (while you stay on that screen). - Fixed a crash that could happen when tapping a text field on iPad.

New - Play Chord now runs on iPad, in portrait or landscape. - On iPad and other wide screens, your chart is laid out in columns. When you press play, it moves one column at a time as you read, and a row of marks at the top shows how many columns there are and where you are. Improvements - Larger default text size on iPad. - Tap your chart to close the Text Size, Key, Speed and Record panels. - The privacy policy in Settings now opens our new page.

New - Repeat One for recordings, so you can listen to the same take again and again. - When you listen to a song's recordings, the next take now plays automatically. Improvements - Holding the Record button starts recording faster, and the screen now tells you it has started. - The guide now includes a page on recording. - The now-playing bar and the "saved" notice are easier to read.

New - Record your playing. Start recording together with ▶, or tap Record Now to record right away. Recordings are saved in iCloud Drive alongside your notes, and you can listen back by song or by day. - When you play through a playlist, each song is saved as its own recording. - Recording and playback keep going when the screen is off or you switch apps, and you can control them from the Lock Screen. - When AirPods or other devices are connected, you can choose which microphone to record with. Improvements - A fresh new design. New - Your notes are now saved in iCloud Drive and sync across your devices signed in with the same Apple ID. You can get your data out without opening the app, so you're covered when switching phones or if anything goes wrong. You can also edit notes with any app you like, such as on your computer. Improvements - Search is ready to type as soon as you open it, with no extra tap. - No more ads while you play, so you can focus on the music.
