Factuur Simpel is an easy-to-use invoicing app for freelancers and small businesses who want to stay in control of their administration.
Create and send professional invoices and quotes wherever you are. Quotes can be digitally signed, allowing you and your clients to approve agreements quickly and securely. Manage your clients, products, and services in one clear overview, and keep your business finances organised without unnecessary complexity.
Factuur Simpel also helps you manage expenses. Upload expense files and receipts, or receive expenses directly by email. The app automatically processes the full document by extracting and filling in the relevant data for you, reducing manual input and helping keep your records accurate.
Factuur Simpel supports sending and receiving invoices via the Peppol network. Sent invoices, received invoices, and received expenses — including Peppol invoices and Peppol expenses — can be copied or forwarded, making it easy to exchange and process electronic documents with governments and businesses across Europe.
To further reduce manual work, Factuur Simpel automates common tasks. Automatic reminders help you keep track of outstanding invoices, so you spend less time on administration and more time focusing on your business.

- Monthly price: €12.99 or €21.99 incl. VAT
- Yearly price: €129.99 or €219.99 incl. VAT
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. The current subscription period cannot be cancelled once activated.
