Down loaded the app and worked just fine for me.

I don’t know how some people considered this app user-friendly for English speakers, but this app is not functional. I attempted to add my vehicle 3 times in a row(required translator app to decipher vehicle types), wash time being told it was successful. Was never able to successfully chose a spot through the app because it kept saying I had no vehicles added. Attempted 3 uses over 13 days and none were successful. You’re way better off just looking for the parking meter/kiosk on the street corners and paying there. It’s also in Spanish, but at least it doesn’t rely on a bogus app. I work in computer science industry, so this is not user error.

Trying to set up account. Wouldn’t accept the PIN number but apparently set up account anyway. But doesn’t recognize my PIN and the Forgot my Pin says the system generated PIN isn’t linked to my email even they though it is sent to my email. No way to look at the account to see what’s wrong. Poorly designed not functional
