Each venue app within the CityCheers Super App provides accurate, live, and detailed information about Today’s Specials, Menus, Events and recommended “Favorite” menu items. Add your name to the Waitlist, earn and redeem Rewards, purchase InstantGifting credits, and access built-in and third-party features like Loyalty, Delivery, and Reservations. And view and pay your tab right from your phone with ExpressCheck mobile payment.
It took a bit of time to get my pic uploaded and my CC set up but after that this thing is great. I was skeptical at first but after using it twice am convinced this will be huge. There are not a lot of locations signed up yet (just the forward thinking ones it appears). Check out is a breeze and I must admit the first two times I checked out with it and walked out of the restaurant it felt strange (like I was walking the ticket) but saving the 10 minute checkout process helped me get over it! I will use this now everywhere it is accepted. I can see how this might drive customers to a restaurant as it gives the nearest locations accepting it when you open the app.

I am an operator in Texas, using City Cheers in multiple operations. Years ago, they were working out the bugs, it even then we saw the intelligence and usefulness of the app. I just had a guest sign up, reorder a round of mimosa’s, pay and leave….he just called back asking if it’s really that easy. I have a very busy breakfast restaurant and City Cheers is proving to be a vital tool in serving our guests who are attached to their phones!! And who isn’t. Ask every restaurant you dine at if they take advantage of the City Cheers app!!
