There are Great features in the app, awesome things no car rental company had provided before, but still needs tuning a bit, issues I see from other reviews seems be something I also experienced but the app looks like is not complete seems to be those guys still working on development of the whole thing. This is something car rentals don’t care to do for their customers so I still gave 5 stars for their efforts. I’m sure few months from now this maybe a great thing for customers!
App is too generic & rudimentary

Most locations just display the annoyingly amateur “Oops!” message when you’re trying to book a vehicle. Several of the locations do not display any vehicles when trying to book a reservation, even if you try to enter different valid pickup and drop-off dates and times even weeks or months in advance. The “Massachusetts” state option field is still left totally null and blank, even though NEXTCAR lost their Dartmouth, MA rental affiliate/franchise years ago. App also omits the rental location’s policies, restrictions, and contact information.

My experience with Next Car Rental was absolutely dreadful. The woman at the registration desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. After finally directing me to find the car, it turned out to be locked and inaccessible for 40 minutes. During this time, the woman disappeared without any assistance. Additionally, the rental price initially quoted was doubled upon final payment, making it the most expensive rental I've ever had. This was a completely impractical and awful experience overall. I strongly advise against renting from them.
