I wish there was far better documentation to use this app and fuller features like recording transcription and not just recording voice mails or so I understand it to but I use it on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro for my office VOIP telephone line and it works. I find that Reach UC is especially useful for sending and receiving text messages from and to my office phone; something not easily done (or even possible) from your smart phone or computer. And that I love. The phone log is pretty decent as well, very basic but workable.

On the ReachUC app, navigate to Settings -> Preferences -> Call Recording, and then enable "Record All Calls".
