I am very young, and I’ve been with SWF for a few years now through my old job at kroger. I am not very experienced with other banks other than the services and availability to get support. This union absolutely never fails to impress me; I rarely have to wait long in order to get in touch. Whenever there is a waitlist, they ALWAYS call me back, and more than once if I do miss a call. They are so interpersonal and from my experience, friendly. I love this union and I am not planning switching anytime. They are wonderful and cooperative. 5/5 stars.

I have been a member of SWFCU for most of my adult life. At 66 years “young”, I love how the staff have always worked hard to make the experience easy, friendly and personal. I’ve known Jan since her first year and she is very compassionate and efficient about her service to the members. The e-banking had been a godsend for me. I will be a member until I pass this world. I really like this back. All except one major flaw. When this wrong happen to your account they charge you $10 for a new card. That is so very wrong. I can see if you messed up yourself, but not if it wasn’t you. Other than that things are good at this back.

Amazing each and every time! Mary Larson has helped me for a few years now and she is a godsend! She always fully explains everything to me, works with my schedule and helps me to the best of her ability. I am pleased to be a member.
