Worst bank, worst app lousy customer service and support both at branch and online, big mistake I will end bank relations soon, I was charged a debit card I never received when I visited the branch I was told to call the help center, I finally got the debit card but I was charged for it again, I opened my account in September 2025 and got my debit card in January 2026, my account was put on restriction tow Tims and a number of incoming transfers were sent back because the personal banker who opened my account failed to ask me for all the required documents and complete all the required forms, I finally was able to resolve all the issues and I did receive an apology from the bank.

This is hands-down the most unfriendly, outdated banking app I’ve ever used. From the registration moment, it lags horribly and rejects a perfectly valid national ID with zero explanation—no error details, no hints on what’s wrong.When you finally manage to get in (or try to), the app offers almost nothing useful: limited tools for checking options, researching transactions, or basic self-service. No real support options—no in-app chat, no clear technical contact, just frustration.For a well-established bank like ADIB Egypt, this is embarrassing and unacceptable. It fails at every level to match the bank’s reputation. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
