The issues i see in other reviews have not been shown on my part, the app runs fine, sometimes the number of bike docks is wrong, but there’s no issue with that. The transport is probably the cheapest in Madrid and the account making worked fine for me.

Good luck updating your info if you change your card. I had to start from scratch after having an account for years. Still haven’t been able to set up my account or get someone on the phone. And don’t even bother using a web browser or calling cause no one picks up. Absolute garbage.

I have attempted to register an account through the app at least 10 different times but always get an error that the password isn’t correct, even though the password I created each time met the requirement according to the app.

I was trying to subscribe through the app and it stopped at the stage when they need to send the message. I have never received the messages ( input several phone numbers). Trying to call the customer service, now bash replied or nothing helped me.DESAGRADABLE
