The issues i see in other reviews have not been shown on my part, the app runs fine, sometimes the number of bike docks is wrong, but there’s no issue with that. The transport is probably the cheapest in Madrid and the account making worked fine for me.

Doesn't Work For US Phone Numbers

I cannot speak for the app functionality, however when trying to sign up you must put in a phone number and it gives you the option to choose a country but only after not receiving any text and then calling customer service was I made aware that it does not work for US numbers and I must have a Spanish SIM. I have used several other public Bikeshare apps in cities across Europe and have not had this problem. This is something that should definitely be rectified and at the very least be communicated when signing up.

I’ve never wrote a review before but me and my family went to the park planning on bike riding around and spent almost an hour trying to get the app to work, in the end it never worked and it ended up charging me anyway. I also was not able to delete my card or account off of it. As an app developer myself I have no idea how the AppStore is allowing this app on the App Store as it passes none of its rules.

The app allows you to select the U.S as a phone number when signing up, but it doesn’t work.Just be honest and remove the phone numbers for countries you don’t support.
