First and foremost Nicola was absolutely phenomenal, great personality, funny had us laughing with his stories. Full of knowledge about every place we went too and on the way on the bus travel,the surrounding area. The guides in the places we stopped we also at the top of there game as well. The Globus app was very informative with each day itinerary and the map of restaurants and historical places. When I do come back I will most certainly is Globus again. Also I forgot to mention that our bus drive Salvatore was awesome as well, especially handling some of those over weight bags. You paired a great team together with Nicola and Salvatore. I will most certainly make a request for both of them my next trip back. Thanks for a great experience

Upon exploring this App, I discovered it provides very valuable tools to enhance my Globus tour experience. I uploaded pictures, daily itineraries, meeting times and notes about various destinations along the tour. There is also a tab that enables you to pull up the route you are traveling on the bus, in real time, which I found very helpful. I wish the Tour Director had provided a brief overview of the GlobusGO App features and benefits. Regrettable, I was not aware of the contact feature, which would have made capturing fellow travelers information for future contacts, which I do not have. Overall, this is an excellent resource.
Its a good start

On the main trip, itinerary page it lists your destinations and hotels, nice. But it doesn't include your other transportation, like 4+ air flights, or your booked excursions SO you don't really have a trip summary page. Excursions- you have to sign in to access this, which is ok, but you need your reservation number which isn't on your summary page. So you have to go somewhere else to reference it. Thinking while your enhanving the summary page, adding missing flight, excursion info you might add that reference number, or sign in then & get access to everything.Excursions 2- its a little clunky. Get one of your higher ups spouse to use it & you will understand.Making more money, something i assume you want to do. As with most established private companies that have been around awhile, CLEAN HOUSE. You probably have lots of not qualified, or no longer functioning people (family, friends) hanging around. Hint, start at the top as the people under them might be good, just not properly trained or supervised. Do some Compliance testing to help identify them easiy. You will not only save a lot of money but increase the quality of your product, services. SteveSteven M Cline

This was my first European trip. Globus was there every step of the way to answer questions and provide solutions if needed. Dairmaid our tour Director, was fantastic in Keeping us updated on each days events. He is so knowledgeable, providing much history about each place that we would see. I did the tour to England , Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland. It is a fast-paced tour, but they definitely lay out the highlights of each town that you will visit. I highly recommend booking this tour. Our tour group quickly became like family. We had so much fun. can’t wait to book more excursions like this. Thanks Globus.
