This app needs a lot of work. You can’t operate my cams with Alexa or my winks, but you can monitor on you desktop or phone. It supposed to alert me but it don’t. But for someone else to do the monitoring monthly charge is reasonable. The app don’t stay open I believe to apples new update this app is useless now all together. I have a system that is no good

Initially, cameras worked fine. Although they would not connect through my WiFi, I was able to connect through mobile hotspot on my iPhone. They worked great for two months. The zoom, pan and tilt didn’t work and no prompts or sounds ever came from the device itself, but video recordings did have audio. I didn’t mind though, because they did work for seeing around the front of my home. Then today they just stopped working after a power outage. I have been trying for hours to get them back up and running. I even tried uninstalling everything and manually reset the cameras several times. Nothing. The help articles on the app are laughable. None of it makes any sense and the website is in Chinese. Not going to do me any good. I’m so frustrated and mad that I can’t get any tech support.

Have 5 cameras. 1 Hard wired, 4 others connected using WiFi. Using both iPhone 6S Plus iOS 12.4.1 and IPad Air iOS 12.4.2 for monitoring. All cameras have 32G SD cards for local recording. App seems stable, cameras work as well. Alerts and recording works also. Really Steep learning curve for installation and operation, but well worth it. Noticed sketchy WiFi can cause a lot of the problems enumerated in other reviews. Cameras only support 2 GHz WiFi frequency not 5 GHz. ntercom and lights work better then a “Ring Doorbell”. Almost afraid to say I’m very happy. Keeping fingers crossed!
