"All Features" is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional local features without cloud storage.
"Cloud Subscription" is a yearly subscription that includes unlimited cloud storage, cross-device syncing, clinical team collaboration, and all additional features (pricing may vary by country).
If you subscribe via your Apple Account:
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
Keeping your data safe:
With a Cloud Subscription, your records are securely backed up and synced across all your devices — just confirm a sync has completed before switching devices.
On the Free and All-Features (local) plans, your data is stored only on your device, so we recommend keeping regular iCloud or iTunes backups. For automatic cloud backup and cross-device access to all your clinical records, you can upgrade to a Cloud Subscription anytime.

I purchased the upgrade for the app and I like all the features, however there needs to be features to track my practices finances and to process payments if there are these features I’d love to be shown how to access them and I will change my review
Good app for storing data

I don’t usually leave a review, but this app really helped us to organize and get rid of all the paper records that we have been keeping it for a long time. I was waiting for a good app for us to use it in our clinic, and I just stumbled upon this app. It’s a simple and easy way to store and retrieve appointments and medical records.A few years back, we have lost some of the medical records in a paper form which was stored in our place. So we had decided to securely store the data in electronic form, but most of the products are expensive. This one is cost effective and serves our needs.

I’ve purchased a full access subscription. However, it keeps asking me to upgrade, and I’m not getting full access. I’ve emailed with detailed information with pictures, but nothing has been fixed yet. No one picks up the phone when I call, no one replies me back for over a week when I email them. When they finally replied back and said the issue was fixed, it wasn’t fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

Clean interface. Easy to use. Very well flawless application. Great for keeping up with medical records.I liked that I can send a message to my patients through email and SMS.A good app but there is a suggestion to give search patients with more option. If you can make this, I will love this app.
