After attempting Apple Pay, app freezes. After restart, the order is lost and I have make all my selections again. After using credit instead, the order gets placed but the feedback in UI is misleading. Card gets charged and email confirmation is sent, but app reports la lost network connection. I only report this here because there is no clear support mechanism.

App says I need to set a delivery location but I have two delivery locations and the message is still popping up.

Big City Pizza 1060 Chinoe Road, Ste 128Lexington, KY 859-554-7343 Please add this store location to the Big City Pizza app. Plus, on my app I do not have the option of changing My Store Location. Thank you.

Hello,I apologize the location you're wanting is not available on this app. I have forwarded your feedback to Big City Pizza. You can change the store location by selecting "Choose a Location" on the main page. Unfortunately the only location currently available to order from is the Nicholasville location while the coming soon location in Richmond will also be available when they open.
