Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

it's pretty good for what it is but not worth a yearly subscription, at least not right now. kind of frustrating to have to continually pay for an app that has only had a flurry of updates in quick succession once in the last five years. i'd be happy enough to pay more one time than a subscription, which is something that should only come with either regular updates and/or new content, or if customers have to host a ton of data on your servers.
