A simple drinking log app for recording your alcohol-free days and drinking days.
Simply choose one of three levels each day: "Alcohol-free," "Moderate," or "Too much." There's no tedious input, so it's easy to keep up, whether you want to cut back on drinking or just can't seem to take a day off from alcohol.

As you keep logging, your monthly results are shown as points.
Setting a goal like "I'll have X alcohol-free days this month" gives you a sense of achievement and makes it easier to give your liver a rest.
I built this app myself, and I used to drink almost every day too. Now I can finally take days off (haha).
