Make quiet time a daily habit. Meiso is a meditation timer without ads or subscriptions. Set a timer, keep a session log, and meditate at your own pace. TIMER Choose a preset such as 3 or 5 minutes, or use count-up mode without a time limit. Switch the ending sound and vibration on or off. SESSION LOG Review your activity graph, weekly meditation time, streaks and total time. Achievement badges help you track milestones. APPLE WATCH Use the timer without keeping your iPhone nearby, then sync your session history to iPhone. WIDGETS AND HEALTH Home screen widgets and Live Activities are supported. With your permission, save meditation time as Mindful Minutes in Apple Health. HEART RATE VARIABILITY (HRV) Record and analyze metrics such as SDNN and RMSSD using beat intervals from a compatible Bluetooth heart rate sensor. Apple Watch uses available heartbeat data. Compatible hardware and permissions are required; available data and metrics depend on recording conditions. An iPhone alone cannot measure HRV in this app. HRV displays are reference information for personal reflection. They do not establish meditation benefits or assess your health, and are not for diagnosis, treatment or medical decisions. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice. I just needed a simple, silent and effective app for meditation, that could track and write your progress in the Apple Health “mindfulness” section and wouldn’t have any unnecessary distractions and voice guidance. Also, I like this laconic style. Would be cool if it would have a few additional app icon variations.

Very clear and easy to use. One question is that: I do not have the HRV analysis yet. Do I need to meditate for hours before I can see the analysis or how can I see the HRV analysis on my app.

No notification after one round ends

Like the style and function, but when then round ends, there’s no notification ring, the user don’t know it’s already finished. Hope this could be solved

You were absolutely right — in our previous release, the end-of-session notification didn't reliably fire when the app was in the background or the screen was locked. We've just released v3.3.3 which fixes exactly this: a proper local notification now alerts you when your meditation round ends, even with your phone locked. Please update to v3.3.3 from the App Store and give it a try. Thanks again for helping us improve the app!

Updated the store description and screenshots to make the timer and meditation tracking easier to understand. App features are unchanged from the previous version.
