Quality home inspection app

MB Adjustments
I’ve used multiple inspection app out there and by far this is the best and most easiest to use app I’ve found on the market. The new camera compass and pitch gauge tools are great additions to this fabulous platform. I love that the app also has a web app that I can also review and modify my images. Two thumbs up!

I’ve used multiple inspection app out there and by far this is the best and most easiest to use app I’ve found on the market. Great Concept, Horrible Execution

First, for over a year, every single member of my company has had an issue where our card is charged and renewal receipt is received, but our accounts are stuck deactivated (which means no website access and no sharing with collaborators, both of which are critical for our workflow). This continues for days unless I manually call in. I’ve brought this to their attention every single time, every single time I get told someone will look into it and call me back, and the issue just continues. This paired with consistent loading errors when enlarging images, the occasional corruption and deletion of photos, and numerous other UI bugs leads me to believe the company threw together an app, made the money they wanted during their first ad campaign, and are now content to let this subpar product stagnate on the App Store until their user base fully abandons them.

Dear User,Our team is trying to understand the renewal issue the 2 users on your team have been experiencing, which appears that those 2 accounts have purchased the app on multiple platforms in the past which is causing a communication issue with both payment platforms as the original subscription may not have been cancelled before switching to the new one. Our tech team is monitoring the issue internally and working on a solution to help prevent this from reoccurring every month. We just released a new version of the mobile and web apps on Sept 30, 2022 with a bunch of new features and fixes to the issues you mentioned you experienced in the past, which we believe will enhance your team's overall experience of the entire platform. HELLO IS ANYONE HOME?

WHY NUS
I don’t know what I was thinking downloading this. It looked to have so much promise and potential. I even paid for one of the subscription upgraded versions. I can’t even get it to open the app now on the phone. I’ve deleted the app and reinstall it. I’ve tried to access my account on the website and can’t even login to due to some weird errorsAnd I’ve checked my account name and email and password and reset everything and make sure it’s all legit. Even on the app, that I paid for, after I deleted and reinstalled it and tried to restore the purchase the app keeps saying I have the basic version. Honestly judging by the fact that the last comment on this was a year ago it seems like no one is actively working on this app anymore

Works better on iPhone than iPad

This app does exactly what I want it to do: take pictures and associate them with a specified location and then create a photo report with the organized, captioned images. However, I have discovered that the assignments completed with the iPad app often do not sync with the web app. I don’t have this problem when I use the app on my iPhone. Fix that problem, along with my current projects that show the spinning progress indicators, and I’ll give it 5 stars.
