Whistle Timer - Workout coach 4+

Someone else suggested the ability to add more lines for different timings of reps, sets, and breaks and such. That would be great! The issue I have is that the shortest possible interval is 5 seconds. Was looking to set up whistle drills for Lacrosse Face-off drills where it uses two or three whistles a second or less apart to break down the move followed by a delay before the next rep. Sadly this is not a feature of the FOA app.

Hello! Your app would be a 5/5 if it just gave the option to add more lines… it allows you to put breaks between groups of reps in a set but not between sets. I want to be able to do 5 sets of 45 seconds with ten second breaks and then a 1 minute break before those five sets and breaks repeat! That would make your app perfect for anyone doing HIIT workouts!

Useless! Doesn’t run in background.

This app only runs when your phone is on and you are in the app. It would be good for a broader range of uses if you didn’t have to be in the app. Right now this is useless for me.
