■ Expecting a parcel from outside the EU? Then pay the import costs securely via the app. This way you can be sure that the request is coming from bpost and protect yourself against phishing.
■ Find Pick-up points & Drop-off points. With 3,100+ Post Offices, Post Points, Parcel Points and Parcel Lockers, you’ll always find one close by.
Why offer tracking if you cannot register an international address. I am glad I did not have to pay to download it.
Horrible customer service

Sent a package from USA to Belgium. Person sending it out wrong value of the item on package. Therefore Boost not willing to deliver. I explained multiple times to Bpost value of sent item was under 45€. Sent Bpost the invoice for the items with the value on it. Gave Boost permission to open package to check on content. Spoke to several customer service agents. Nobody willing to help out… worst experience ever with sending something abroad. Simply ridiculous. Apparently Boost is sending package back to sender..
Can’t register international addresses
consider me disgruntled
Pretty much what everyone else said. I have a package coming in and the online tracker still shows it in Belgium despite it being day 7 of the 3-10 day delivery estimate. Thought I’d download the app to keep a closer eye on it since delays happen, but you can’t even make an account with a US address. Why even offer tracking at that point?

If you make it so people can’t make changes to their delivery via the website, and can only do it via the app, maybe you should make the app more user friendly. Especially since your company is delivering internationally! So I downloaded it, but I can’t finalise my account. So what do I do now? Absolutely terrible.
