Very useful, feature rish app for time tracking

I've been a user of the predecessor to this app, and Timeframe has been a big upgrade and improvement over it for me. I particularly like the tracking of billable hours, the statistics view and task categories.There's some room for improvement on the menu bar extension. I can't set a few tasks as "pinned" in the menubar, and it displays only the most frequent items (the number is adjustable with a setting, though). The menu closes as soon as I start a tas, and I have to open it again to pick options like adding a description, or changing the start time to be earlier.As feature rish as the app is, there's one addition that would be a major feature rather than small improvement that I would like to see: tags for tasks. I tend to add tags like read/write/think/meet/bikeshed to track how I tend to spend my time, and first-class tags would help me do this nicely. Currently, I set up another category of unbillable tasks for each tag and enabled tracking simutaneous timings for multiple tasks, but it gets a bit awkward to track things this way.Thanks for a really great app, and I hope you keep improving it!

This is the best and the most easiest time tracking for lawyers. You can record your time with press of a button. No need to click to 10 different fields before you start your clock. Seriously! The only time tracking app that helps you actually track your time while you are working.

I've used the predecessor to Timeframe for years. The developer is very responsive to requests. His new app is a refined version of his previous app, which was already extremely good. I think he might be a bit of a perfectionist. It's very feature rich. It's easy to sync with iCloud. It's invaluable when filling out my timesheet. Highly recommend.
