Some recent reviews:
"...thank you for developing such an invaluable app. As a self-help app, I really appreciate how it provides a plethora of helpful, positive self-affirmations to select, in order to try and replace the negative ones with. Other self-help apps ask the user to provide their own alternative affirmations, which I find that can be an impossible task - if one is so steeped in limiting, negative thoughts, feelings and perspectives about one's self. Everyone - no matter who they are - have doubts and insecurities about themselves selves and therefore, I feel this app is beneficial for all...."
"I love love love this app! I just discovered it, but I've been looking a long time for an app to help me cope with social anxiety/perfectionism/low self esteem... It really helps me understand my feelings and try to confront them head on!"

i have used and loved this app for years. it has helped me at very low points. however, with the newer themes that are getting more specific, an update is needed. please either allow us to favorite themes or put them in a custom order, or have the themes we select the most automatically at the top. the first themes i see when i go to find a limiting belief i’m having are passive aggressive, support workers, aging, aggression and violence, anger, and then the first one relevant to me: anxiety. one of these updates would significantly improve the user experience.
Loved v1
Wahahahe
The concept for this app is wonderful, and I have used it with patients. What this app needed was more Themes, which were held out as coming soon in V1. Instead, in V2 the developer made the app confusing to use. Sad.

Hi there, thanks for your review. We agree, moving the Insight Finder inside of Practices was the wrong move. So we've given the Insight Finder back it's rightful prominent place in the tab bar. We'd love to hear from you at getintouch@thinkladder.com so that we might improve how Thinkladder can be used in therapist-client scenarios.
New version crashes
kd_777
Thinkladder is a great concept and the first version was great. The newer version is not as intuitive to use and it crashes. Every. Single. Time. I occasionally try it every couple of months but it never works anymore. Time to delete.

Hi there, sorry to hear this. We'd love to fix these crashes to you. Please reach out to us at support@thinkladder.com, and we'll step you through a quick process so we can review your crash logs. We don't want the app to be crashing on anyone, so your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks from the team at Thinkladder :)

Developer Response
Hi there. Everyone receives a free trial, as well as unlimited access to the two free Themes: 'Loss of Job' and 'Loss of a Loved One' which includes hundreds of pathways and Insights. We are also happy to provide Themes for free to anyone who needs financial assistance (go to Settings within the app). We have never wanted cost to be barrier for people, and we have and will continue to do what we can to make the app accessible. However, without a revenue source, we will be unable to continue to provide and improve this service to the tens of thousands of people around the world who use it. Charging for Themes to those who can afford it, is currently what we need to pursue to keep Thinkladder alive and helping people on their mental wellness journeys.
