Our mobile app is an extension to the subscriber-only desktop version. It allows users (typically managers) to monitor the progress of events and purchase requisitions and perform basic yet important actions such as approval/rejection and opening of envelopes, on the go. It also provides the user with an overview of some metrics on system usage, such as event count, event value, supplier count in various categories etc.
Procurehere’s desktop version allows its subscriber to do e-sourcing and requisitioning easily. e-Sourcing includes RFx, tenders and auction events. The process involves the Buyer creating an event, invited Suppliers making submissions/bids, Buyers evaluating the submissions and making an award.
Requisitioning, on the other hand, is when someone in the organization needs something and raises a Purchase Requisition, and this passes through an approvals process on the system, before the requester is provided with the Purchase Order which they then action.
Procurehere is an affordable cloud-based solution, and targets the global market for e-procurement.
