Wondering if there wasn't an update since a long time? We are into some serious stuff. And I mean it. In a series of more exciting updates, I introduce the first of them Today Widget With this new widget on your iPhones, you can now glance the next two trips of the selection with just a swipe. The widget retains the selection of stations you have made in the app and allows you to reverse them. Tap on the schedule item and it takes you right into the app. Update today and enjoy the new widget. And if you are new, download the app right away!! Happy commuting!

We have a new name!! NammaMetro will now be Bengaluru Metro. In view of the copyrights Namma Metro has over its name, we have decided to call the app Bengaluru Metro here after. Other than that, there are a ton of changes too • Fares! Yay!! We now display fares of both token and smart card types in the main screen. • We also consider the 5th minute schedule now. So, your commute times get much shorter. • A bunch of UI updates to make the user experience more flawless and less painful by removing backgrounds and increasing the size of each row.

Version 1.3 has some big updates for the delight of our users • Introducing the cross line schedule for the first time. You can now view schedule for trains starting and ending in any line. • We consider a minimum 5 minute time for your movement between the different levels during interchange and this may vary for each individual. We do not assume any liability for missing trains in case of delays but glad if you get an earlier train which is not according to the schedule. So, the next train at the interchange will always be after 5 minutes of your arrival at the interchange station. • Tapping on any item in the schedule list will now navigate further to display stations between the source sand destination. • The new screen will show the number of stops, journey duration and interchange with transit time if any in the trip.
