Sleep aid (inapp): DreamMe ORBIT projects proper breathing technique from YOGA using special color coding on to the ceiling. No need to concentrate on virtual counting. This helps to use the breathing technique effectively in the correct rhythm.
Relaxation aid: Become the "astronaut" who moves around the selected planet in the "orbit". DreamMe ORBIT turns your smartphone into a pocket planetarium. The calming rotation of the planets and the relaxing sounds have been proven to reduce the pulse beat and bring your thoughts into distant galaxies. Thus, DreamMe ORBIT prepares you for the sleep phase and helps you to relax. Optionally, custom relaxation or sleep sounds can be selected. You can customize the DreamMe ORBIT APP to your personal liking. In addition to the visual relaxation by DreamMe ORBIT, the selected planet sequence is supported by selected soundtracks matching the respective planet. Each of the eight planets and the moon, are assigned their own sound, all of them are unique and relaxing. In the app, the background sounds can be activated or deactivated. The length / duration as well as the volume are also set here. If you want, you can also play your own music.
Sleep aid (inapp): DreamMe ORBIT supports you and helps you intuitively bring your breathing into the right relaxing balance. With DreamMe ORBIT you can turn off your mind - effectively and quickly so you can relax and sleep.

To fall asleep faster: Depending on the exercise you selected and it´s lengths, DreamMe ORBIT app will automatically switch off and help you fall asleep naturally without any medication.
