I have only written a few reviews in my life, and after using this app I knew I needed to. This does everything you could possibly need to do with a crypto app. By using this app it has cutdown on the time I would have to spend figuring out my taxes to pay (Uncle Sam promises that you are in the land of the free). You can add various transactions from various exchanges as well as multiple transactions for the same coin. If you are just starting to record your trades you just enter in the trade date and price and it does the rest. They are scheduled to add the ability to import transaction history from other exchanges into the app so that you have a 100% accurate listing of all trades and their prices. You can even add/include the fee that the exchange charges. This app replaced three other apps I was currently using to view/monitor my crypto. The only thing I can think of that’s it’s missing is the ability to trade from the app. However, the crypto apps that I have downloaded in the past that allow you to do this were laggy, or crashes, or didn’t update properly. One last thing. Each time I have reached out to them with a question of a suggestion I had a response within 2 days! So great customer support. Also a few suggestions I had were implemented when the next update came out (I don’t know if it was my suggestion or if it was already planned to implement). I have never bought an app subscription until I found this one. Do you own research and decide for yourself.

I was looking for an app to track our existing portfolio and when I first downloaded Delta, I thought it was exactly right. So, because I would need it for two iPhones and an iPad, I took the chance and invested in the Pro version. I entered our complicated portfolio on one device and transferred the data to the two other devices. At first, it was fine. Then, unfortunately, the data disappeared from one. I transferred again. Then gone from two. Great, I thought. Money down the drain (because have you ever tried getting help for an app, much less a refund?). But I took a chance and wrote Delta Support with my problem. “Riley” wrote me back, giving me clear instructions on what he needed from me to fix the problem. I sent him the information and he very soon thereafter reset the devices and it’s worked like a charm ever since! An app that does what it promises and a support team that responds when it doesn’t. There’s not much better than that. Thanks again to Riley. Management Team, he’s a keeper!

Delta randomly deleted transactions from portfolio

Delta app sent me notifications that specific coins had been removed from my portfolio. Fearing I had been hacked, I checked my wallets and saw that none of the funds had been moved. Yet Delta was showing the original transactions had disappeared. I reached out to support and they offered to look into the wallet addresses to investigate. Just before receiving a follow up from support, I received a second set of notifications from Delta, informing me that the missing transactions are now magically back in my wallet - except now some other portfolio data is showing negative balances. Despite providing screenshots to support with evidence of both sets of notifications generated by the Delta app, the response I received was: “Delta will only do as it is told and it will not randomly add or remove transactions from your portfolio.” In other words, don’t trust your lying eyes…everything is fine. This is particularly frustrating, as the support rep is choosing to ignore the screenshots I provided, rather than digging deeper to find the cause of the issue. I pay for this app trusting that I can rely on the accuracy of the balances being reported. I spent many many hours earlier this year, combing thru each transaction ensuring that what Delta was reporting matched what I have on chain. Now out of the blue, the app has altered my transaction record - ON ITS OWN - and there’s no way to revert back to previous state. If leaving me to figure this out for myself is the best support can offer, I most certainly won’t be renewing my subscription. There must be more reliable options out there.

Hi, I am sorry you have had a negative experience with support, your initial query was a little misleading in your issue, and it was thought it was another type of issue. When your issue resolved we were unable to continue to investigate for a number of reasons and put it under a technical glitch which resolved itself. I am sorry we do not have the Google type resources to spend time to find out the issue but as it was localized to just your portfolio, and it corrected itself. While I appreciate your frustration, your issue was resolved, and our information provided to you was based on the information you had provided to us. I am sorry that it has resulted in you having a poor experience. I would love to extend a hand to say sorry and if you can reply to the ticket you last had, mention this review reply, and we will work something out to hopefully restore your customer confidence in us. Beautiful App But...

Love the app. I've downloaded every other crypto portfolio app in the App Store but Delta takes the prize. It's hands down the most aesthetically pleasing app to choose and makes the most sense when it comes to showing the percentage gains from each investment. No doubt this app is the best one I've used but from what I've seen from other apps I would like to see an order book for each coin. I'd like to be able to move the chart to either zoom in, zoom out, or just move it left and right. Also there is a glitch in the current version where when I hide 0 balance coins. When I swipe my list of coins upwards it bounces back really aggressively. I love the idea of hiding 0 balance coins but not when it glitches every time I touch it. Once there is an order book and I can move the charts I will definitely upgrade to the premium just because the developers deserve it. I never write reviews but this app is amazing and everyone should know it.
