Love The Concept, But A Couple of Issues

Hopefully the developers see this and can help. First off, for the developers, the Cities and Countries counter do not seem to work. I have visited over a dozen cities and 6 countries within the app, even having checked it to multiple places while there, but the counter still only shows 0 countries and 2 cities. There is also an issue the the Categories not working.Now, for the review, this app is awesome! I love the concept and really wish we could get more people to join! It is so cool to be able to see all the places you have been, right down to the path you traveled! I am a traveler that crisscrosses the U.S. and other countries often! Being able to compete with other travelers on how much area you have explored is fantastic! Hopefully we can get some of these minor glitches fixed and get some more people in the app and this will be a 5 star from me!!

Great app, even better customer support

This is an app I have been looking for since I started traveling more often, to see where I go and turn it into a game. My father-in-law and I have made it a competition to see who can get more miles and it has been so much fun! During this last update and data migration, I did “lose” most of my miles and was confused, so I emailed customer support. I quickly received a response from the ceo who informed me of the new servers and data migration, and that everything should be restored soon. After a few days I was reached out to asking if my miles have been restored. When I said they had not, he opened a support case for me to have it looked into, and within a few days my miles were back and now with the improved accuracy I’m stacking miles even faster than before! I am loving this app and look forward to my future travels so I can watch more of the earth clear and watch my percentage rise.

Cool idea

Money stealing bastard
I like the app mainly because it keeps track of where you go and basically tells you how much of earth you explored which is cool but that’s about it, I don’t need to take pictures and post them I don’t need to know where other people are and I especially don’t want people to know where I am 24/7. Not a big deal I just don’t share my location with friends on the app but also have no desire to have any friends on the app, I’m simply to be on it solo dolo. I would give 5 stars with all of that being said but the only reason I gave 3 is because it doesn’t track an exact straight line where I was driving, I would assume because I was driving faster than it could record so there are just dots going down the road instead of the straight line like the ad showed. It’s also not less than 3 stars because although it’s not a solid like, the dots are very frequent so you can still see where you were going. Overall, great idea I am a fan, if it could be more specific and have solid lines then I would give 5 stars.

Great Concept, but Buggy with a Lack of Features

love traveling and am always forgetting restaurants, hotels, etc I’ve stayed at, so the concept of this app is amazing. However, there’s a lot of bugs: 1. Photos won’t sync so I can’t photo check in anywhere. 2. Can’t remove places I didn’t go to, even when clicking “no” and “delete.” Makes it super hard to see where you’ve actually been. 3. Importing old places doesn’t work very well. My map shows places I haven’t been too and doesn’t show a bunch of places I imported. Things I’d love to see added/improved: 1. Ability to edit text check ins. 2. Ability to edit date of visit for imported places instead of defaulting to the date you manually added them. 3. Ability to edit/delete places from import list after you’ve saved them. 4. Help section has… nothing. Needs some more back end support. 5. It’s so hard to navigate to my map, the main feature of the app 🤦🏼‍♀️ Right now, not worth $30/year for me. I’d love to support in the future if they can debug it and add some more functionality.
